Mike and Emily Ambuske have been married for 12 years and have four children. They have been involved with Young Life in various ways for 20+ years, and both were greatly impacted by Christ through Young Life as teenagers. Along with some local volunteer leaders, Mike has begun direct ministry at Butler High School. We also have three volunteer leaders at Slippery Rock High School! We are praying for more volunteers to get involved, and we are also actively seeking out opportunities to serve at other high schools here in North Butler County - Knoch, Karns City, Moniteau, and Armstrong. Please join us in praying for opportunities in those communities.
Young Life thinks the world of kids. We believe that they deserve to know what life can hold for them. Young Life leaders are caring adults who come sharing that hope as well as fun and lasting friendships with kids. Young Life is also all about fun. From club and camp to Campaigners and other activities, teenagers will have blast laughing, trying new things and being with their friends.
Leaders are committed to being involved with kids' lives -- from supporting them at their sporting events to listening to them talk about what's important to them. Our leaders at Butler High School and Slippery Rock High School help kids consider the direction of their lives, and they offer hope for their future.
